Care Designed Around You
At ADAPT Chiropractic & Rehab, care goes beyond simply treating where it hurts.
We take the time to understand your symptoms, how you move, and the physical demands of your work, sport and everyday life. Your assessment helps identify the areas that may be contributing to your problem and guides a treatment plan built around your individual needs and goals.
Care may combine chiropractic treatment, joint mobilization, focused soft tissue therapy, assisted stretching, exercise rehabilitation and education. The goal is not only to help manage pain, but to improve movement and function and give you practical strategies to stay active.

Meet Dr. Kris Nadarajah
Dr. Krishan (Kris) Nadarajah is a chiropractor focused on helping patients better understand their pain, improve how they move and return to the activities that are important to them.
His approach combines thorough assessment with hands-on chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, mobility work and progressive exercise rehabilitation. Rather than using the same treatment approach for every patient, care is adapted to the individual's presentation, goals and day-to-day demands.
Whether you're dealing with a new injury, a persistent muscle or joint problem, limitations with exercise or simply want to move and function better, the focus is on developing a practical plan that you can carry beyond the treatment room.
Supporting You Beyond the Treatment Room
Treatment is only one part of the process.
Understanding your condition and knowing what you can do between appointments are important parts of care at ADAPT.
Depending on your needs, this may include individualized exercises, mobility work, ergonomic recommendations, activity modification, recovery strategies and guidance for returning to work, exercise or sport.
The goal is to give you the knowledge and tools to take an active role in your recovery and long-term function—not to make you dependent on treatment.
